TERMS AND CONDITIONS
How do i book a session with procris?
To officially secure your date, a minimum deposit of 70% of the total package is required. This deposit confirms your booking and allows us to reserve your date and begin preparations.
Is the deposit refundable if i cancel?
A 30% portion of the agreed rate is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. This covers time, planning, and potential loss of booking for that date.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance (including any outstanding fees) must be paid no later than 72 hours after the event date, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Final delivery will occur within 4 - 6 weeks
This timeline accounts for:
Editing and post-production
Printing and delivery of your photobook (produced by a third-party vendor)
Who owns the copyrights to the photos and videos?
We retain the copyright to all images and videos captured during your event. This allows us to:
Feature selected works on our website, social media, or portfolio
Showcase the quality and creativity of our work
We also grant the client and participating wedding vendors the unlimited right to use or reproduce the content for personal or promotional use.
Can I request that my photos/videos not be used on your social media?
Yes, but please note:
Requesting full social media privacy (i.e., asking us not to post your event) will incur an additional 30% charge of the total package.
This compensates for the loss of promotional use, which helps build our portfolio and brand visibility.
Can I buy full exclusive rights to the photos and videos?
Yes. Clients may purchase full exclusivity rights for an additional fixed fee.
This grants you:
Full ownership of the images/videos
Unlimited rights to use, reproduce, or publish them without restrictions
What’s the difference between standard editing and retouching?
Standard editing includes basic color correction, exposure balancing, and general enhancements.
Retouching involves detailed work such as:
Smoothing skin
Fixing patchy makeup
Reducing the appearance of wrinkles, blemishes, or a protruding stomach
Tidying hair
Removing or adjusting distracting background elements
Artistic filters and unique color grading
Retouching is used selectively to create polished, glowing, magazine-worthy images.
Why is wedding photography considered an investment?
Because your photos and videos are among the only things from your wedding that increase in value over time.
They become priceless mementos in your marital home.
They serve as a source of joy and comfort, especially during tough times.
They help you relive special moments and remember loved ones long after the day is over.
One day, they’ll become a visual legacy for your children and grandchildren.
Investing in professional photography ensures those memories are preserved beautifully — forever.
